ASA have over 20 years experience in the field. All our surveyors are qualified to P402 certification standard. The asbestos surveys we conduct are done so in accordance with H.S.E publications MDHS 100 and the ACOP L127 "The management of Asbestos In Non-Domestic Premises". Our surveying methods, Health & Safety procedures and quality assurance policy also incorporate numerous other regulations.
Asbestos removal is a very costly exercise and can often result in many thousands of pounds being spent. Asbestos should only be removed as a last resort.
We will never recommend Asbestos to be removed if there is any other way it can be safely managed.
